Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return To start a return, contact us at velleproducts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
