Shipping Policy — Vellé

Welcome to Vellebeauty. This shipping policy describes delivery times, shipping costs, tracking, and handling of shipments for orders placed in our store.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Orders are normally packed and shipped within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.
  • During campaigns or high demand, processing times may be extended; any delays will be communicated via email.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery (Sweden): 2–6 business days after dispatch.
  • Express delivery (if available): 1–2 business days after dispatch.
  • International shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that the above times are estimates and may be affected by carrier capacity, customs, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.
  • Any customs duties and import taxes for international deliveries are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed.

5. Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).
  • Use the tracking number to follow your package's status with the selected carrier.

6. Missing or Lost Shipments

  • If a shipment is missing or not delivered within the estimated time, please contact us and we will help track the package and take appropriate action.
  • In the event of a confirmed loss, Vellebeauty will replace or refund in accordance with applicable terms.

7. Delivery to Wrong Address / Returned Packages

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are correct when placing your order.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed collection, the customer will be charged the shipping cost for redelivery.

8. Damages and Missing Items

  • Inspect the package upon receipt. If there is visible damage, note this on the shipping document and contact us immediately.
  • For missing items or damaged products, provide your order number and photo evidence and we will handle the claim promptly.

9. Refunds Related to Shipping

  • In the event of a refund (return, cancellation, or complaint), the product value will be refunded in accordance with our return policy. The original shipping cost will only be refunded if the error is due to us or the carrier.
